Service Description

In this 5 week series, you will become familiar with acrylic paints and basic tools. Learn fundamental painting techniques and brush handling. Understand the basics of composition and how to plan a painting. Apply learned techniques to create a finished painting. Deepen understanding of color mixing and the effects of light. Encourage individual expression and find a theme for starting painting. Materials are provided to use in class, and we will provide a material list to practice at home. The series is 5 weeks long, meeting once a week for 2 hours. Feb 3, 10, 24, March 3, 10, No class Feb 17 in observance of President's Day
