Summer Art Camps at Wren’s Nest

Looking for a summer full of imagination, creativity, and connection?

Wren’s Nest Art Studio invites your young artists, ages 4 to 12, to join us for weekly camp sessions designed to inspire and engage!

Each week features a unique theme with guided projects, and campers are encouraged to make the project, put their own spin on it, or follow their inspiration and create something entirely original using our open studio materials.

Camps are divided into age groups to ensure the best experience for every child.

We offer two camp options:
9:00 AM–1:00 PM or  9:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Need extended care?  Email us for availability!

Our studio, located in the charming Prospect neighborhood, is just a few blocks from a fenced playground. Each day includes a lunch break, and outdoor time for some fresh air and movement. Camp days begin and end with open studio time, and every camper will work on a personal art journal to take home at the end of the week, along with their finished projects.

 What to bring:

  • Water bottle

  • Snack and lunch

  • Hat or sunscreen for outdoor time

Get ready for a summer of art, adventure, and creativity at Wren’s Nest!

Camp Session 9

Discovering the Great Artists

July 21-25

Each day, young artists will learn about a famous artist, like Vincent van Gogh, Frida Kahlo, Claude Monet, Georgia O’Keeffe, and Pablo Picasso—and create their own masterpieces inspired by these legends.

Kids will experiment with painting, drawing, collage, and more while learning about color, shapes, textures, and storytelling through art. Along the way, they'll discover how each artist saw the world in their own unique way—and how they can do the same!

This camp is perfect for kids who love to create, imagine, and get a little messy. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and a big imagination!
