After-School Classes

This after-school program is all about discovery.

 

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays are mixed-media days. Students explore a range of materials, from paint and collage to sculpture, ink, and textiles.

On Wednesdays, we have Heather Sullivan teaching hand-building ceramics. Each student will create a piece that will be painted and fired.

On Fridays, fashion designer Katherine Harestad (formerly with Nordstrom) teaches sketching basics and guides students as they bring their designs to life on 12-inch mannequins.

​

In a relaxed, supportive environment, young artists build confidence as they experiment, create, and develop their own style.
